Description:

Captain Beau Carter, a redneck officer, is put in charge of a squad of African American troops who have been tasked with taking an important hydrodam from the Germans. Previously kept from any real combat duty, the troops have little military training, but, as Captain Carter leads the unit to complete the mission, they rise to the occasion, revealing their heroism.
